Scraps of beautiful, magical, wonderful pieces collected together, put together, and sawn into a blanket which covers and protects our own universe. SCRAPS cinq personnages– illustrant cinq facettes qu’on retrouve chez les êtres humains : les rires, les larmes, les ténèbres, les masques et les désirs. Cinq personnages à la recherche du bonheur. Un spectacle capricieux, où le public se sentira libérer de ses peurs et se permettra d’imaginer réaliser ses rêves.
Ce spectacle drôle et touchant mobilise diverses disciplines : le clown européen, le théâtre et la performance. Le créateur Yura, un performeur, clown, acteur et singe, s’appuie sur ses créations antérieures et poussent encore plus loin son travail sur les personnages, qu’il incarne tous lui-même. Il est le créateur de Viva Cabaret, qui roule depuis 15 ans et qui est une tribune aux plus grandes divas (d’Édith Piaf à Madonna, en passant par Tina Turner). Il est également l’artiste-interprète de No Elephant Show, qui avait été présenté en première mondiale au Festival des clowns de Montréal en 2016.
Le public pourra s’identifier aux personnages, et ainsi pleurer, rire, voire apprendre à travers eux. Cette entrée dans l’univers Scraps, où tout est possible, illustre que l’amour est la réponse à toutes nos questions existentielles.
